Return & Refund Policy

At Red Arbor Tattoo, we offer two distinct services—tattoos provided in person by appointment, and merchandise and art prints sold through our online store.

All tattoo services are nonrefundable. Deposits for appointments are also nonrefundable and may be forfeited if canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or due to a no-show. Tattoos are a custom service and considered final upon completion.

Our merchandise and prints are made-to-order through trusted  partners. Because of this:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us at contact@redarbortattoo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can work with our print partners to resolve the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll do our best to assist, but additional charges may apply for reprinting or reshipping.
